Hello, I'm Chelsea Zupan, a passionate real estate agent serving the beautiful Southern Oregon area. Real estate runs in my blood – my family has been in this industry for over 50 years, giving me a unique perspective and wealth of knowledge to draw from. I grew up right here in Southern Oregon, and I'm thrilled to now be helping others find their perfect homes in this stunning region.

I married my wonderful husband, Larry Sampson, and lived overseas for a time on the beautiful twin island of Trinidad and Tobago, where he is from.  Together, we enjoy the outdoors, whether it is in the tropics or all the beauty Southern Oregon has to offer: hiking, bird watching, wildlife photography and the ocean.  When we are not outdoors we love to spend time with family and friends and experiment with new recipes in the kitchen. These activities keep us connected to our community and remind us what makes Southern Oregon such a special place to live.

Moving back to Southern Oregon, Larry and I have combined our skills and passion to form a dynamic real estate team.
