Larry brings a unique blend of expertise to the team, with 15 yrs of Oil and Gas Regulatory Compliance experience as a Petroleum Inspector with the Government of Trinidad and Tobago. His background has given him exceptional attention to detail, extensive experience managing contracts and complex paperwork, and strong negotiation skills.
